At Cowboy Colostrum, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Safely pack the unopened product in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
